Long time no talk. I have been absent from most duties outside of work and my family. I got the winter blues bad and lost motivation. But with the New Year, I found it within me to step it up and to become more proactive.

Stillness: Word of the Year
I know I am late to the game, but I believe in having a “word of the year.” As you reflect on the previous year and look to the future, it is good to find a word to help focus your efforts.
